  Do you mean you are hiring an acoustic guitar player or will play a CD of guitar music?
  If the former, you could ask the musician what is in his or her repertoire. Just about anything can be covered. Look up 2 Cellos and Piano Guys for ideas on how popular songs sound played without vocalists.

  I'm having the bridal party walk down the aisle to Make Up Kisses from the P.S. I Love You Soundtrack. We aren't having live music so I didn't need to worry about finding someone who could play it, if you are having live music I suggest asking your musician for suggestions.

  I am using Marry Me by Train in acoustic guitar by Nick Worraf (found on amazon) for the bridal party and then his version of Here Comes the Bride (also found on amazon).

  You can find acoustic versions of almost anything.  Think of a song you like then search for acoustical versions on YouTube.  I walked down the aisle to a piano version of Nothing Else Matters by Metallica.  We loved the lyrics to the song and thought it was fitting to a wedding, but wanted something a bit softer for the ceremony.  The instrumental version was beautiful and it turned out awesome.
