I did NOT want to get out of bed today but I remembered that it's Friday and I get to sleep in tomorrow!

My night was uneventful. I had a wax appointment and I cheated on my usual person because I wanted to try someone new and I love her! My eyebrows have never looked better and she complimented my right brow which is my better brow and we're working on the left brow so she can be as perfect as her sister. I have an eyebrow thing, I know.

Hopefully work flies by today and then I'm meeting H at the Devils game tonight.

Tomorrow I am sleeping in which means until 9 probably. I'm going to attempt going to yoga which will probably be rough since I've done nothing active for weeks. Gotta start somewhere!

Tomorrow night I might go to a show in AC with H. If his friends are going, I might send him on his merry way and have a "me" night in.

Sunday is up in the air since neither H nor I have a football team in the playoffs. We'll still watch since we're fans of the sport but neither of us are very invested anymore.

Finally FRIDAY!!!!!!

I left work yesterday at 2. The combination of my sinus/upper respiratory infection and nausea was just too much. I slept until 4:15 or 4:30, when the dogs woke me up because they were hungry. We all know who rules the roost at my house.

Anyway, I'm here until 1:15 instead of 11:00 because I left early yesterday. Boo!

We've got the house alarm people coming by this afternoon. Our house alarm company doesn't seem to be hooked up to the alarm anymore, because when it goes off they don't call me. So we want to get that fixed. I think we're going to put up Christmas stuff this weekend too.

I'm eating some scrambled eggs and potatoes that I got from the cafeteria at work. I really hope that I feel well enough to get some brunch tomorrow... waffles or pancakes sound soooooo good.

@Swazzle - I'm jealous of your eyebrows! Mine don't seem to grow, EVER. The ladies at the salon always want to work on them, but I say no because if they mess it up, that's it. FOR LYFE. They'll never grow back.

Last night I made dinner and then laid out some of the stuff I'm bringing to Phoenix. Tonight I'll go for a run (hopefully), finish packing, my parents will arrive, and then I will (try to) sleep!

Well I'm leaving work around 2 today to go get my new car woohoo. It was sad cleaning mine out last night, found paperwork in there (like old insurance cards) from 2008 haha. Then making some sweet & sour chicken with pineapples over rice. Tomorrow I'm meeting BFF to see Daddy's Home. Mark Wahlburg- drool.

My weekend is SO exciting you guys. We ordered a file cabinet last week and it arrived yesterday so I told H that tomorrow we're organizing his office and getting our files all together. We've had a couple cheap plastic bins for years that have held everything....but they've since run out of space and we literally have stacks of paper in his office everywhere. It drives me nuts and I cannot stand it....So that's the plan!

I ended up postponing my delicious lasagna until tonight. I'm going to go over to my mom's house and make it for her and @southernpeach89 and hang out with Callie!!! YAY!

I totally ripped up my hands last night at CrossFit from too many pull ups so now washing my hands is seriously making me cringe. I also have a huge raspberry on my lower back from sit ups.

Tonight one of my friends is coming over to pick up some of my leftover mason jars from my wedding. She is getting married in April and is borrowing them for her's. I told her she can just keep them since they are seriously taking up so much space already.

Then @labro is baking us butternut squash lasagna!!! NOMS!!!

This week has been exhausting going back to work. I hate it so much. Each day is a new battle and I feel like I have to start all over again with getting over not being with Callie. I don't know how this will get easier. I'm so glad it's the weekend and I get two full days with her all to myself. We don't have any plans thankfully so I get to get all my snuggles.

@labro - You'll have to AW your lasagna! It sounds like you have a fun weekend planned... even if it involves a filing cabinet.

Maybe it's just me, but there's just something about organizing a mess that makes me feel at peace with the world. I think we might start tackling the extra room that will eventually become the baby's room. It is our makeshift "office" right now, so I need to start purging everything.

My nights have been incredibly uneventful lately. I pick up the kids, go home, make dinner, clean a bit, and go to bed. I live a boring life.
Noah is doing so well at daycare/preschool. When I picked him up, last night, the lady who runs it told me he said 'pink, blue, green, red, black, I think purple, walk' and counted to 5. Then we got home and he immediately proceeded to remove a pair of worn underwear from the dirty basket and wear it around his neck like the highest fashion scarf.

First thing I did? Text @swazzle @csousa1 @GoldenPenguin and @LaSak87 Because no one loves your weird kid like your best friends do.

I have a mundane weekend ahead. Tomorrow I have to drive some blankets out to the barn, and on Sunday Bean has Futsal. Other than that, I'll probably clean and hopefully make a few breakfast and lunch casseroles for the week. I challenge you all to send me your favorites!

Morning. I'm still feeling icky and I'm in a terrible mood today. I've been thinking about a ton of stuff lately, trying to prepare myself for the future and what I want for my life.

Had the banquet last night and the girls LOVED their frames! I was so happy they liked them. They also finally got congratulated on their season and Regional Championship in front of the whole program which was long overdue.

I don't really have plans for tonight or this weekend so we shall see what happens!

@swazzle I don't do anything to my eyebrows, so always am super flattered when someone compliments mine. I've always had really bold eyebrows, and hated them in high school. I love that bold eyebrows are a thing now.

@CocoBellaF fingers crossed you are feeling up for brunch tomorrow!

Last night I made a healthy shrimp scampi for dinner. When my bf got home he asked if we could go ice skating. There's a community park a block away from our house and in the winter they put up an ice rink. I've been ice skating since I was three, but haven't gone since college. It took a good half hour for me to remember how to skate. Tonight I'll be going out to dinner with my old boss. Then it's house stuff and ice skating all weekend.

@CocoBellaF - I've developed some... sparse... areas in mine which I think is from age. You can fill them in if they aren't growing and they also sell stuff that you can use to help them grow more. Whenever I get mine done, I remind the person that I like a thick brow so I don't end up looking like this:

@cocobellaf My food is always really quick and simple too. Like it sounds fancy but I just sauté bite size chicken breast pieces then pour in a jar of store bought sweet & sour sauce and canned pineapple. haha

@labro Yea. We thought about keeping my car as a beater but we don't really have the driveway space. Since my bro is the salesman he was able to get me a better than average trade in value. oooooooo I love organization, I would be all over that file cabinet situation!

@swazzle - Your eyebrows are always perfect. You give me eyebrow envy...is that a thing? Mine are a bushy mess like someone we know.

@coccobella - I hope the day goes by quickly for you and you feel well enough for brunch. Brunch food is seriously the best. Baxter looks so cute in your pregnancy pillow...is that a snoogle? I have one and they are awesome.

Weekend is not off to the best of starts....I had the beginning of a UTI (again) last night so I've been drinking tons of water and cranberry juice. I'm prone to UTIs to begin with no mater what I do (cranberry supplements, the whole shower/pee before/after sex, etc.) but they've gotten so much worse in pregnancy. This is my fourth one (well third technically because I think one of them didn't go away and just hung on) in 10 weeks. Going to call the doctor again and try to get some antibotics. Hate hate hate this shit.

Other than that, I went to the gym yesterday and had a good workout. I want to go today but I'm not sure if that is wise with the UTI irritation. We will see what the doctor says.

In brighter news, we are finishing the demo for the bathroom this weekend! Once the demo is done I think my BIL will lay the floor foundation (which he is reinforcing) and the plumber will get to work on moving a few things around. Hopefully next weekend we can start the process of laying tile.

@Swazzle What products do you use on your brows to help with growth? Mine are a little sparse/thin in spots too and it doesn't help that they're kind of light in color....not SO bad that a little brow liner doesn't fix the problem, but it'd be even nicer if my brows looked beautiful every day even when I don't wear make-up.

@minskat30 Ugh pregnancy UTIs are the worst! My BFF is similar...she struggles with sensitive parts anyway, and she would always get UTIs super easy, but during pregnancy they were SO much worse. Is it possible you have an allergy that also being exacerbated (aside from the gluten)? For her, she had a severe allergy to anything with latex in it, and I feel like there were one or two other issues that were aggravating the issues.

@CocoBellaF I can't wait to get this organized. We basically haven't touched H's office since we moved in 2 1/2 years ago so it's just a general ugly mess and I hate it. Luckily it's in our basement so I don't have to see it....but that's also contributed to why the mess has lasted so long.

@jenna8984 - I just can't believe you're not feeling crazy-sick! A good day for me is: scrambled eggs and toast for breakfast, a little yogurt and fruit later, and then some kind of meal for dinner.

@minskat30 - Oh man, I feel you on the UTIs! I used to get them constantly and had a surgery to fix it. I haven't had one since and I'm hoping (knock on wood) that I can go this whole pregnancy without getting one. I don't know if it is a Snoogle or not, my mom got it for me.

I second @labro on what products you use for eyebrow growth, @Swazzle!

@minskat30 I used to get bad/frequent UTIs in college. They are THE WORST! I hope your Dr. is able to give you something for them!

@labro - Honestly, the only thing I can think of is the fact that I'm eating slightly more sweets than normal (which can help bacteria thrive) so maybe I need to cut that out. Or just cut out sex altogether but we all know that is ZERO fun. Actually both of those things (eating sweets and pregnancy sex) are pretty much some of the few things on the "fun" pregnancy shortlist so cutting out either would be a bummer.

@swazzle - I'm just glad full eyebrows are in...well actually I'm not sure what is "in" right now but the last time I got mine done (ummm, 4 months ago...hides head) the lady said they were "in". Mine are full but a wee bit out of control sometimes.

@cocobellaf - They have surgery for this?!? I didn't know that. Is it really painful? I may have to look into it after baby arrives.

So I got a call from my RE and they had an opening for our IVF consult today, so at 2:00pm we are going. I am so incredibly excited, nervous and overwhelmed. I have no idea of what to expect, but getting more information and learning more will help ease my anxiety over this whole huge process. I have a whole list of questions.

We have no real weekend plans which is nice. We need to do some cleaning around the house. I need to take down the Christmas decorations too, inside and out. I want to get in some reading too, I've been reading a good book but I've neglected it for the past week or so. I've got a boring weekend ahead but I also am looking forward to sleeping in.

@beanbot2002 That's so great Noah is loving Daycare. I can't wait until Callie starts saying new words and doing silly things like putting underwear on her head. She does silly stuff now but it's like making kissy faces and doing what DH and I call her "crazy time" on the floor. She seriously scootches herself around her blanket. I swear this child will completely skip walking and just start running.

@speakeasy14 Omg lol I'm pretty sure I don't know how to ice skate anymore. DH and I went two years ago and he was struggling more than I was but it's definitely not our strong suit lol.

@cocobellaf oooh yea I forgot you haven't been eating much. I honestly haven't felt sick or nauseous at all. If I hadn't had that ultrasound 4 weeks ago I might not even believe I was pregnant lol. I'm sorry for you though, I hope you feel better soon!

@speakeasy14 I grew up on a lake...when I was 7, I broke my collar bone ice skating and swore I'd never skate again. Still true to this day hahaha. Figures when I was 22 I broke the opposite collar bone in soccer.

@Swazzle Every effing Sunday is all day football watching at our house because my H is in all these fantasy leagues. It's so annoying.
@CocoBellaF If I had great shaped eyebrows naturally and they never grew that would be amazing! I have a friend with perfect eyebrows and she's never done anything to them, makes me jealous. I guess @speakeasy14 is lucky like that too! My mom started losing hers in the last couple years and they weren't growing back so she had them tattooed. Sounds crazy but it looks SO natural the way they do it now!

@minskat30 Ugh UTIs are seriously the worst. I used to get them all the time and it was awful. Mine always progressed really quickly too and if I didn't get antiobiotics by the next day I was in excruciating pain and bleeding. I hope yours are now that bad and you can get this one cleared up quick!
