  If you are referring to the polka dot dress on the left, here are a few that look similar, and are in different price points (I just did a simple google search for blue & white polka dot dress).
  
  Note: Please make sure you ask each member of your bridal party separately what her budget will allow her to spend on a dress before you pick one out. If all BMs are wearing the same dress, then the dress should be at or below the lowest budget price your BMs gave you.

  Look at modcloth they have tons of vintage looking dresses, I am sure you could find one similar.
