Monday, 4/25

Breakfast: TJ's High Fiber Cereal with skim and a banana (6), coffee with SF hazelnut creamer (1)

Lunch: Not sure yet, one of my desks owes me lunch today so I have to wait to see where we're ordering from (13ish)

DinnerST Skillet Chicken in Tomato Chipotle Sauce with Avocado Crema (3) over ST Cilantro-Lime Cauliflower "Rice" (2)

Snacks: Baby carrots with TJ's Roasted Garlic Hummus (1), Goldfish (4)

    Lunch: I need to go to Costco so I'll probably pick up a sandwich there.

    Dinner: Leftover calico bean soup and smoked sausage over rice

    Over the weekend I found old cheerleading pictures and was inspired to be that girl again. At one point I could do over 200 push ups. Right now I'm at 20. So I did push ups Friday, Saturday, and yesterday.  Along with other workouts.  

    Monday, 4/25


    Breakfast: Fruit salad and coffee

    Lunch: Arugula salad with tomatoes, carrots, sunflower seeds, and grilled chicken

    Dinner: Pan seared steak, barley & oats, brussel sprouts

    Snacks: cliff protein bar, orange, carrots & peanut butter, green smoothie


    Exercise: Week 1 of TIU Bikini Challenge -  today's workout is for total body (link if anyone would like to join @alpacina and I)

  • @speakeasy14 OMG....I did that once lol. Not the push ups but in college I decided it would be to go back and tumble again after not tumbling for a year and the days after I went to my gym I was so sore I could barely walk. BAD idea lol.

  • @southernpeach89 and @speakeasy14 - Same thing happened to me after I started dancing again last year.  I was so sore I couldn't move!  

    Monday, 4/25

    Breakfast: Oatmeal, mini-frittata, chocolate soy milk, matcha green tea

    Lunch: Salad with kale, watercress, broccoli, bell pepper, and salmon

    Dinner: Margarita Monday!  Skinny margarita and probably a chicken quesadilla, because it's cheaper than tacos...

    Snacks: Starbucks sugar-free vanilla soy latte, lentil crisps and an apple if I need them


    Exercise: I ran 2.6 miles this morning!  And tonight is my favorite yoga class of the week.

    Long story.  I had ordered a burgundy Diane von Furstenberg dress from ThredUp a while back, but it didn't fit, so with the weight loss this morning I decided to put it on and see if it did--it did (yay!), but it is WAY TOO SEXY for work...it's got a little keyhole neckline in the front, so my cleavage was making itself known.  So instead I wore a black dress printed with teal and pink flowers and my favorite pink pumps.

    Breakfast: Two hardboiled eggs and 1oz of sharp cheddar cheese

    Lunch: grilled pork loin, mashed carrots

    Dinner: Grilled hamburgers with mixed veggies (potatoes, red peppers, zucchini)

    Snacks: banana, cashews, grapes, Coke (I am giving it up as of next Monday, so I'll be drinking a few this week)


    Exercise: Rest day

    Exercise: Planning on 30 minutes of elliptical at the gym, and maybe some weights

    Breakfast: Chick-Fil-A chicken biscuit (15 pts), yep I did it. Coffee

    Lunch: Lean Cuisine Swedish Meatballs (8 pts)

    Dinner: Slice of leftover pizza (10 pts)

    Snacks: None


    Exercise: Putting up tile definitely counts.
    ETA: I also walked one mile round trip to buy my lunch at the store.

    Breakfast: Does peppermint tea count? I brought a banana and PB2 but never got a chance to eat it.

    Lunch: I brought soup, baby carrots, and applesauce. Going to try and take a lunch break in the next hour or so.

    Dinner: No idea. Whatever @audrewuh is making.

    Snacks: Greek yogurt, fruit, and some Sargento healthy snack thing that has cheese and nuts.


    Exercise: Nada

    Exercise: I am so far off the exercise train it's backed up and run me over. Twice. :disappointed:

    I can't think of anything either - skinny jeans, maroon pointy flats and a black chunky sweater.. it's cold and gross here today.

    Breakfast: Coffee...I ran out of yogurt and didn't have time to make anything. I might just have my popcorn earlier than usual lol.

    Lunch: UGH and I forgot my lunch! I was going to have leftover pasta salad from yesterday but I guess I'll just eat what my office gives out on Tuesdays which is usually a turkey sandwich. I'm failing all over the place today.

    Dinner: Leftover for the millionth day in the row Bean Soup with smoked sausage over rice.

    Snacks: None since I'm eating my snack for breakfast because I'm a failure at remembering my food in the morning.


    Exercise: Insanity

    I love Peonies but I also really love hydrangeas too. I had hydrangeas in my bouquet at my wedding.

    Breakfast: Nothing that would stay down.  I'm drinking some milk with a little iced coffee in it now, and I might try a Kize bar here in a bit.

    Lunch: Leftovers (Portuguese linguisa, black beans, peas, rice bowl with a couple tostadas and a big bowl of watermelon)

    Dinner: I threw a pork butt in the crockpot with cumin and adobo, so we'll have carnitas with salad and avocado and tortillas.  Maybe some cantaloupe.  Kind of winging it tonight.

    Snacks: apple + PB, Greek yogurt, protein oatmeal.


    Exercise: Probably getting myself and the dogs in and out of the tornado shelter!!

    PEONIES!!!!!  Tulips, ranunculus, cabbage rose, hydrangea, dahlias.

    Dinner: I think spaghetti, but maybe tacos. I set out ground beef to thaw, so something with ground beef lol.

    Snacks: Sargento snack pack thing, Greek yogurt, fruit


    Exercise:I would really like to get on the elliptical at the gym, but if the weather is as nasty as predicted, I will stay in and do PiYo at home.

    Breakfast: 3 mini-frittatas, chocolate soy milk

    Lunch: I brought a salad, but to be honest I'm probably going to get a burger or chicken sandwich from somewhere and maybe a milkshake.  I'm needing comfort food today.

    Dinner: Not sure--I have cauliflower and ham hash or chicken prepped.

    Snacks: Cheez-Its and a Rice Krispy treat.


    Exercise: Probably nothing.  I brought my running clothes but I think I'll be out of energy by the time I'm done with class.

    Lunch:Oikos Mixed Berry (3), Pringles (5), WW string cheese (1), and two clementines.

    Dinner: Either Greek or Caesar Salad.

    Snacks: Picklepak


    Exercise: Probably nothing. I might try to go to the gym, but it depends on what time BF gets home because Piper has been in the crate all day so I don't want to put her back in and I can't leave her out.

    Breakfast: Coffee and yet again forgot my breakfast so popcorn snack it is lol

    Lunch:Leftover Pasta salad...at least I remembered my lunch!

    Dinner: We finally finished all my bean soup so since DH is working tonight I'm just going to probably make myself a ham and cheese sandwich

    Snacks: none today


    Exercise: Rest Day


    Wednesday's Question:

    If you could have an exotic animal as a pet that would magically cooperate and not kill you, what would it be?

    I think I would want a tiger! I want to cuddle one so bad and listen to it purr lol.

    If you could have an exotic animal as a pet that would magically cooperate and not kill you, what would it be?

    Agree with the purring, southern peach! I think I'd go with a panther though.. so silky.
