  • Wednesday, 5/4

Breakfast: Oatmeal, mini-frittatas, matcha green tea, chocolate soy milk

Lunch: Salad with kale, broccoli, red bell peppers, and salmon

Dinner: My LAST serving of cauliflower and ham hash.  I definitely loved the recipe, but I'll need to half it next time because it made so much that I've been eating on it for over a week.  Plus some whole-grain pasta if I feel like I need carbs after my workout.

Snacks: Chickfila frosted coffee, lentil crisps and an apple

Exercise: Definitely a 1-hour yoga class, maybe a run depending on how I feel. I ran yesterday (only 1.9 miles, but still...) so I'm not going to beat myself up if I don't today.

    Tuesday's Question:

What food do you refuse to eat no matter how it is prepared?
Pretty much everything everybody else has already said, especially pickles.  I also have never had eggplant in a way that I have enjoyed it.

Breakfast: Banana and PB2. So surprising, I know.

Lunch: PBJ, applesauce, baby carrots. I'm 5 years old today.

Dinner: I'm thinking baked tilapia and veggies after yesterday's thread.

Snacks: Greek yogurt, Babybel cheese, fruit

Exercise: I need to double up on my workout today because I was too tired to go to the gym last night. Probably a long cardio session and a longer leg session.

    Tuesday's Question:

What food do you refuse to eat no matter how it is prepared?
I'm a pretty picky eater, so there are quite a few things I do not like. Blue cheese, mustard, olives, anchovies, jalapenos, the thing that cannot be named, sushi in general... the list goes on and on. I also have a really sensitive stomach. I tend to get food poisoning when no one else around me does.

That being said, I love me some mushrooms!
