I spent some time tinkering with our program and created a fan. The only thing that wouldn't fit was the VIP (bridal party, officiant, and family) list, and I created a separate sign for that.

I am concerned about the font size being too small, as we have a couple of guests with visual challenges. In the fan it's 12 point, and in the booklet it's 15 point.

I like the fan more than the booklet, and kudos on having all your songs chosen! We are getting married in 5 weeks and I was just choosing the processional last night (and we haven't chosen any other songs besides our first dance!) Now I am feeling like I need to get my ass in gear!
