Suggestions for "guest book" sign?

I made this for our guest book. I was thinking about framing a little sign asking people to sign it, but literally can't think of anything except "Please sign our gold record." Any suggestions?

    Yes, it was. :) All of our tables were named after Artists and Bands from the 1950's and 60's.
