How many gallons of non-alcoholic drinks are needed?

Hi, I've found a lot of calculators for how much alcohol will be consumed, but I can't find anything to estimate how much water, iced tea, and soda I need.

We are having a dry wedding with 70 people. In case it's relevant to the calculations, the reception will be from 11am to 4pm. It is indoors, there will be an appetizer hour, a full seated lunch, and cake.

If anyone could offer guidance about how many gallons/liters of water, soda, iced tea, and bags of ice to purchase, I would appreciate it.

I'm also having a dry wedding for 120. The calculator I found recommends 4 gallons/25 guests. I'm going to look it up.

ETA: I didn't find that specific calculator, but here's an article that might help:

I'm guessing that the author is using 1 cup = 8 fluid ounces, so 24 fluid ounces per guest.

ETA: Here's an example for you:

24 * 72 (guests plus FI and you) = 1728 fluid ounces

Each gallon is 128 fluid ounces.

1728/128 = 13.5 gallons, but round up to 14 just to be sure.

Oh, and if you're having dancing, you might want to increase your quantities, even indoors.

Sorry I can't help with ice, but I'd err on the side of too much rather than too little.
