Well hello ladies. Not sure I'm doing this right, but here goes....
Monday, August 8:
Breakfast: Chick-fil-a breakfast sandwich and a coke
Lunch: CFA hashbrowns (leftover from breakfast), cashews, popcorn
Snacks: Protein bar
Dinner: Some kind of sausage dish...
Exercise: I was supposed to get up and run this morning but I was too lazy... I just laid in bed on my phone. FAIL
If it's not too hot tonight, I'll try to get out and do it then.
I wanted today to be my first 'no added sugar, no white bread' day to get ready for a fun weekend in Florida for my birthday, but instead I had a biscuit AND a coke with breakfast. FAIL
