The dude dropped off our dumpster early this morning...we were pulling cars out of the driveway right as he was pulling up!! Last night some of the materials for our siding project also got delivered so HOLY SHIT this is actually happening!!!!
I don't have any plans tonight or this weekend. I need to spend some time cutting some plants away from the house so it's ready for siding and painting, and we have to remove our front porch railing, but that's about it. I'm really hoping I can spend some time with @southernpeach89 and Callie at some point so I can watch her walk around everywhere!

Ugh so yesterday at crossfit I ripped my hand to high heavens doing 60 pull ups. I put some rip butter on it this morning and it stings but hopefully it helps it heal faster.
Also my photographer finally got back to me this morning and confirmed our location! RELIEF! Hopefully the photos turn out great along with the weather. It has been a bit gloomy this week.
Tonight I was supposed to meet up with some moms for Happy Hour and let Callie have some play time with the other kids but it looks like the mom who is hosting had to cancel. So it may end up being just a relaxing night for Callie and I tonight since DH is working. I need to paint my nails for tomorrow anyways.
Saturday morning we have our photos and then we are going to my neighbor's son's 2nd birthday party. We probably won't stay too long since Callie will be tired after our pictures.
Sunday I plan to spend the day at my parent's house with Callie while DH works. If it's hot, I might bring over Callie's swim suit and let her splash around in her inflatable pool.
I just checked my ticker and this time next Friday I'll be on a plane about halfway to @minskat30!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! YAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Last night we went to visit my bf's best friend's daughter. Before we got to the hospital we went out for dinner at a new restaurant. The food was really good, but I had this grapefruit shandy that I really want more of. After we left the restaurant there was a dunkin donuts across the street that had a walk-thru window. Of course we tried it out. Then we went over to the hospital. The baby is perfect. She's a little peanut at 5lbs 13oz, but her mommy and daddy are not big people so that's no surprise. All of the guys were afraid to hold her. After about an hour I basically just handed her to my bf. The other guys would come over and pet her head.
My bf calls babies puppies, so he bought her a stuffed puppy. They used the puppy as a prop for her newborn pictures. He was so excited when we he saw the pictures.
We have no plans for this weekend, and I'm looking forward to just relaxing.
@southerpeach89 - Ugh, your hand injury does NOT sound fun. I hope the weather holds for you guys this weekend for the pictures!

Weekend here will be pretty good hopefully. H and I are going to try and get out and about for walks with Ani and Raj. Plus cooking and errand running. We are also going to see my nephew who I can't wait to hold.
H is going to kill me though maybe before this weekend...I bought another toy for Ani on Amazon...but it was on sale and look at this thing! Ani loves to sit up and hates her swing really so maybe this will be another great place to set her down for a few minutes.
I hope you get to eat a giant messy burrito for dinner and win Olympic gold for it not falling apart.

Well I left work yesterday with a huge smile on my face because my soon-to-be new manager pulled me into the hall and congratulated me on my new position! My current manager grabbed me a little while later and told me he wishes me the best, which I can't tell if it was a "I'll congratulate you because I have no choice" or "I think you're legit smart and will do well." I'll try to assume the best intentions.
I already had happy hour planned with a friend, but I told BF that he had to come celebrate with me! We went to a winery I hadn't visited before and they had live music and AMAZING customizable mac and cheese. I had smoked gouda and chicken on mine and could only eat a third of it because of the richness. So yay! I have breakfast and lunch!
When we got home we spent some time outside, even though it was still around 80 degrees at 10 o'clock. Then we spent a while hanging out in bed, and I'm freaking exhausted today. Luckily, every other Friday is my "Friendship Fuel" date with a coworker, so we're heading to Starbucks soon.
@minskat30 that toy is so cute. I haven't really bought any toys or clothes for Eli yet. But I'm sure I'll go a little nuts when he's big enough to sit in things like that.

@alpacina I want that Mac and cheese so bad.i had to cut dairy for breastfeeding and life sucks without cheese products!!
We brought Eli to the doctor yesterday and they gave him prescription for acid reflux meds. I hope it helps because he's been so screamy and uncomfortable and we could tell by all the gagging that was the problem.

I'm glad your doctor got some meds for poor Eli! Acid reflux is NO fun and hopefully it helps him feel better!

I didn't sleep well, I'm tired and am having awful hip and back pain today. I have no patience at all today, especially for my cats for some reason. H found out his grandma of 98 passed away yesterday. She was amazing, I will miss her so much. She was so excited about our baby, she had even emailed me last week to wish me a Happy birthday. I don't know any of the arrangements yet but I don't know if it even makes sense to go back to work next week now. I'm so over August, despite the fact that I love summer.

How does eating dairy affect your breast feeding? It's not something I've heard about.

That grapefruit thing was hilarious. And I am so glad your intern is gone! You can finally enjoy all vegetables again, including cucumbers.
