  Ugh that is awful @sparklepants41 - the worst news.  I hope she eats something soon.  When my girl was terminal, my vet told me to feed her whatever she wanted - so she got McDonalds hamburgers (plain with just the meat and no bun), braunschweiger, and leftover thanksgiving turkey (no skin - just the good meat) were the things that always got her to nibble a bit.  Best of luck.

  We have lost a few precious dogs to cancer, also. I'm so sorry for your heartbreaking news.

  The vet called and suggested getting her a rotisserie chicken. I don't know why I found that funny but that was the first time I laughed all day. So, H just went to Whole Foods and got her a rotisserie chicken.
  
  We took her for a short walk and when we got home she. Actually. Ate. Some. Chicken. #smallvictories

  Thanks everyone. After a rough night last night we took our puppy girl to the hospital this morning where we were able to snuggle with her on a couch one last time while we said our goodbyes. She passed peacefully this morning as we pet her and kissed her head. 
  
  H and I are devastated and heartbroken, although we know we made the right decision for her.

  I'm so sorry. I lost my sweet pup to cancer a few years back. it's so hard, but you did the right thing. All the hugs.
