We haven't had one of these in a while! Here goes:
1. Work husband #1 lost a document on his desktop. He does this at least once a week, and I always come to his rescue. He told me the name of the child in the complaint. . . The file name was the child's name. An unusual name too.
2. A social worker called me at 12:30 to ask about what he should do with an emergency situation. I told him he needed to come up *now* to file an emergency motion to take custody of the child. He says OK. Ten minutes pass. He sends up a coworker who has NO knowledge of the case. The managing attorney tells the coworker that he needs to come up NOW to do the filing. Thirty minutes pass, and the social worker FINALLY comes up. I happened to pass by the office where he was working on the filing, and he was on his phone (not looking at anything related to the case; I think he was on Snapchat) while two attorneys were working with him and a third was observing.
3. Nothing else specific, but it feels like everyone left their brains somewhere over the weekend and didn't bother to pick them up before going to work on Tuesday.
