Alterations Help

Hi all,

I need alterations on my lace wedding dress, and I'm looking for suggestions. I've seen some names on here but they're all several years old at least -- has anyone used a tailor/seamstress recently for gown alterations?

    Did you ever receive any recommendations?  Who did you end up using?  I bought my dress in Florida and need to find someone in the New Orleans area to do my alterations for my October wedding.  It's also a lace dress, with an illusion back and top.  Looking for recommendations and any input you can offer would be appreciated.
