  I the groom actually didn't care, this would be a non-issue. Talk to the groom, and find out if he really does care or not. If he wants to invite them, even knowing the issues you have with them, you can make decisions from there to either 1) invite them, or 2) have more conversations about why your fiance doesn't care about your feelings. That seems to be the only options.
  
  
  Like @ShesSoCold, if I didn't invite anyone to my wedding who had never done or sold drugs, I'm pretty sure the only guests would have been my husband's family! I know for sure my grandma would have been excluded, as well as my parents and nearly all my aunts and uncles! Heck, even if we just excluded anyone who had ever SOLD drugs I'd be missing a lot of relatives, including a parent (not sure about Grandma, but I wouldn't be surprised). It doesn't make them inherently bad people, or more likely to misbehave at a wedding in any way. Someone can be someone who engages in minor criminal activity and ALSO be a loving family person, who cares deeply for their loved ones, and behaves great at social events. They're not mutually exclusive.
