    My local news was talking about pet shelters are seeing a decrease in adoptions.  Plus they can no longer do the adoption events that are usually a big part of their programs.  They're worried about their staffing levels, if people start getting sick.  So a call-out for more people to consider fostering, if they can.  Even if it's temporary, anything to help decrease the number of animals at the shelters.

    They already closed the malls in my state.  So it's probably not that much longer your parents can mall-walk.  But I hear ya!  I know that is not the point you were making.
    I used to foster cats, but they stress out hubby so I can't anymore.  I wish I could foster again!  I'm even all set up for fostering rabbits, but the local shelters have never asked me to do that - I guess they have enough volunteers.  I hope that all the animals find foster families so they can be comfortable.

    anyone go grocery shopping lately?  I keep seeing pictures online of empty shelves and while some at my local jewel were a bit sparse, I was able to get everything I needed.  Fresh chicken was VERY low.  But I didn’t feel the need to have to stock up for a month.  I hear it’s bad in other areas though.  I totally forgot to look for t.p.  I’ll be needing it soon.  T.P and dishwasher detergent. 
    Yeah, I think people are still buying video games like xBoxOne, Minecraft, World War II etc. But for me, casino-related games enjoyed me a lot. What about you?

    Hi knottie numbers. This is 2 year old thread also known as a Zombie thread. If you want to discuss the same topic start a new thread. It is usually not proper to comment on threads that have been dormant for 2 or more months. Welcome to the Knot!
