    I don't hate this.  I was never a huge fan of Lavery's responses. They often missed the mark. 

    However, I do think Lavery and their editors did a good job of choosing letters that addressed identity and LGBTQIA+ concerns.  I hope the new Prudie will continue that because I learned a lot of reading those letters and our subsequent discussions.

    @mrsconn23 I agree that i didn't love a lot of current Prudie's responses. Hopefully they find someone good!

    First choice is all of us (package deal). 
    Second choice is Philip Galanes from NYT’s Social Q’s column (has the occasional botch, but overall pretty good).  
    Thirdly I’m really not loving that Prudie’s name wasn’t actually Prudie.

    I had to go hunting online for it (thanks Vulture!).   I thought it was a 90 Day person at first.  I watch neither shows, but am aware-ish of some of the characters.

    Colton...usually referred to as Coltee...is a pretty disliked persona on the 90DF spectrum of shows.  That's the only kind-of famous person I know named Colton, though I already assumed it was someone else.

    I am VERY out of loop for every form of popular culture.  Which I'm not complaining about, lol.

    The first one's name was (is) Margo...Which...still not a good name choice as Dear Margo, IMO (does she still do Dear Margo? she did)
    How many 'news' will we need to clarify the new new new prudie?

    I think the 90 Day Fiance guy is just Colt (Coltee because of what is ex-wife called him). The Bachelor guy is Colton. I watch way too much reality TV, if you can't tell.
