I can’t find the one I purchased, but I will say look into ones with a lot of resistance levels. I can’t remember how “high” mine goes to, but I’m already past it and could use more resistance for a better workout. However, just the motion of rowing is still good for me, and developing my arms.

Getting a few bags donated and out of the house in one of my favorite feelings.
The roads were an icy mess earlier. But my trip was to the pediatrician who cleared everyone for school tomorrow, woohoo. My quarantine is only 5 days so I can return to work tomorrow too, but I might milk my non-existent symptoms and take an extra day. Friday feels like a nice day to return, lol. @Casadena I would recommend getting a seat pad with a rower. My butt was getting pretty bruised my first few weeks. I will say, I think the rowing machine is probably the best workout I've ever done. It hits every single muscle, but my soreness is different, I think b/c I'm moving the entire time I'm working out. I get sore, but I don't get stiff, if that make any sense.

I really like mine. It’s like even on my lazy days, it’s as simple as standing. who can’t stand? Lol. Also - I put on my own resistance bands and work the arms too. Not all the time. The 10 minutes goes by quick. I bought the board in November… not sure if this board has contributed, but I had a weight goal in mind that I wanted to be for my surgery and I actually hit it! This was my own goal, not the doctors.

That sounds like exactly what i'm going for. I like a whole body workout and get super bored with walking/running/ellipticalling. I think i'll try to get H on board with a rower - he's a yoga and elliptical kind of guy - and we only need one machine in the house, lol. Thank you so much for the info!
