I have been looking online for The Knot and customer responses for where to find comments and private messages from guests but I can't find them anywhere and I have gotten notifications of messages. All of the responses that I have found are from years ago and I am assuming that the website has changed since then. I have even tried to use different domains and the mobile app instead but I have found nothing. Could I get some images depicting where I need to go instead of typed word responses? Thank you
