Prudie Day

Re: Prudie Day

  • @ei34 I often use the toaster oven to reheat leftovers or small batch stuff.  Last night I had cauliflower on a sheet pan in the big oven and bone-in skin-on chicken thighs in the toaster oven in a square Pyrex.

I find that the toaster oven does a better job at things like chicken cutlets and MUCH better at reheating pizza.
  • I bought the Breville Joule Airfryer/toaster oven combo and its worked pretty well so far although I don’t have separate air fryer experience to compare it too. I feel like it might take slightly longer to air fry stuff than when I am at SIL A’s and they use theirs. I also could have saved $150 and gotten the step down from the Joule because all the Joule is is wifi and recipes and the ability to control it from your phone which I really didn’t need. But overall I’m a huge fan of the Breville toaster ovens anyways.
