Concert was awesome. My current headache (probably a mix of the late bedtime and the vodka lemonade i decided to have) is worth it.
Tomorrow will be busy but Sunday should be quiet, hoping everyone has some nice weekends planned!

Chiquita was adorable and practiced playing Let It Be on our keyboard and sang to us as our gift from her plus she wrote a really heartfelt note thanking us for being there for her this summer. I've been moved to tears a few times this week and last night was no exception.
The ILs visit went well this week but with late nights and work stress I really want to just sleep. I'm covering for a coworker and am VERY happy he comes back Monday while we prep for our next vacation. It's both not a moment too soon and I'm also not ready!

I know The Haunted Mansion was supposedly a bust, but I saw it last night and thought it was great. A large portion of that had to do with the set, not the storyline. The house was great and I felt like I was IN it. Rosario Dawson was unrecognizable. I forgot she was even supposed to be in it until I googled the cast after. Maybe bad fillers in the face? I also had fillers that changed my face shape I’m not so happy with, but instead of dissolving them I’m just waiting for it to happen naturally. Anyway, I’m seeing it again but in a “laser” version, whatever the hell that is?
H is on his way home and should be here mid afternoon. Pretty quiet weekend. He will be exhausted after having to deal with all the stuff he has dealt with this week. It is hot and humid again today. The last few days were so nice!
@charlotte989875, I'm so sorry to hear that! It always sucks to have someone in the family with COVID, but especially bad timing that his birthday party had to be cancelled.
Nothing much is scheduled for this weekend. I don't even have to go grocery shopping. These are things I am excited about, lol.
