Can we not have dancing?

We aren't big dancers but I still want a first dance. After that, what should we do?

I do think it’s a bit odd to have a “first” dance if you’re not going to have any more dancing. Kind of like asking people to watch you do something they don’t get to do.

I generally don’t believe adults need to be “entertained” at a party. But if you don’t want something else for people, depending on the formality and location you could do lawn games, photo wall, large card for people to sign.

This.  I"ve been to weddings with no dancing but think it would be odd to see dancing and no guest dancing.  That feels more performative than inclusive.

I don't think there's anything wrong with not having dancing, but I think that if you make that choice, you need to make it for yourself too and not have a "first dance." Having one will lead guests to believe that the dance floor will be open to them as well, and they cannot be counted on to "understand" when you don't open the dance floor to everyone.
