Trying to wrap up several things, and do some more decluttering. Otherwise pretty SSDD here

Moving truck is here Thursday at noon, so I'm taking PTO tomorrow and Thursday. Packing/moving won't take nearly as long. Then, I'll probably have a garage sale at Mom's to get rid of all of my 'stuff" that I can't take. Most of my furniture will fit and I think that it will feel full, but still doable. It's very light and bright feeling, so I think it'll all work. I'm so ready. I try really hard not to "see signs" and the like, but the fact that this has all moved so quickly and well definitely feels good.

Otherwise, SSDD. It's even a good week at work for this all to happen, b/c 2 of my bosses are out on PTO.

Ugh. I screwed up. A few weeks ago one of my friends asked what I was doing today for my birthday. I said “nothing” and then changed the subject because HER birthday falls on a witches night out event that I wanted to make sure she’d be ok with it. In my mind, nothing was set, but in hers I guess they were plans.
Sunday another friend asked me what I was doing and I said “probably going to see Weapons”. She said she wanted to see it too and we’d do dinner/movie. THEN yesterday friend #1 was like “where are we going for your birthday?”
ummmm we had plans? Am I losing it? I know I’m not. I keep my dates so straight and as of Sunday I was looking forward to seeing weapons on my lonesome. I know plans weren’t made in concrete. We’re all friends together so now I have to call and explain what happened (guess say I forgot? But I didn’t forget. I’m not there yet lol). It means moving the movie to Clue (the others wont see horror) and earlier, but I’ll have dinner still with friend 1.

Ah no one wants to hang out with me the other 364 days of the year lol! (Kidding kidding)

So far G seems to be liking Kindergarten. He hasn't warmed up to new friends yet but it's only been a couple days and i know he will. He's a slow burn that way with new people. But he has really good friends that he can see at lunch and recess and the before/after program. N is adjusting to not having big brother and all the older boys at school. I think it will be really good for him! Work is busy but my mood has been a lot better this last a couple weeks. I started the chasteberry supplement and it seems to be making a noticeable difference!

@VarunaTT, I hope the move continues to go well.

I've been having back/hip pain. It started in the spring, and I got a referral to PT when I saw my primary in May. Then, it stopped, so I didn't use the referral. Last week, it flared up again. It's in the SI joint. I called PT and got an intake appointment for 9/10. Today it took me 10 minutes to get out of bed without twisting. It's better once I'm up and moving, but getting up is something else. Pain patches and OTC meds are making it manageable for now.

I have a haircut and a nail appointment tonight, so that will be nice.

One of my good friends needs to have a foot amputated in October. She's been dealing with a broken bone, then an infection, and then the bone infection. It's been a long haul for her. It's an awful surgery, but I hope she'll feel better and be able to get her life back afterwards.

@Casadena glad that both boys are adjusting, it takes time
@VarunaTT yay for such a quick move. Moving to a new place with less stuff is a great feeling

I am feeling stressed about the trip. Some of it is probably who we are going with. I'm having some regrets but I can't share that with H because he is already in a mood about it and I have a non-refundable surprise for him while we are there. I also get in such a funk when I'm trying on outfits for a trip. But I'm trying to reframe my mindset. It's just such a rush to get things done the next few days. Otherwise, SSDD.

Busy couple of days as I’m taking Thursday Friday and Tuesday off! M’s last day at daycare is tomorrow and wow is it hitting me he’s a big kid now!
