    The Dinner Dance last night was a total ball.  My voice is a bit hoarse from talking over the DJ but all good.  Administering an 8th grade state Science test today and the group of students I'm with don't get the test read accommodation, so that's a little blessing.

    I'll be at work late today but the evening should be low-key, so I'm looking forward to later.

    Last day of work for the week. I’m ready for a couple days off. I am torn on some scheduling stuff tomorrow but it’s fine. I have to get my oil changed and my nails done so that will take up a chunk of the day. Then we head to our favorite local hotel and will have a fun dinner and pool day. Otherwise it’s SSDD.

    I walked a mile around the gym and wellness center at the Y today. It was great seeing people and moving consistently for a bit. Now I'm wiped out. The surgeon wanted me walking a mile by the end of the first month so I'm ahead of schedule.

    H has a meeting in PA this Th-Sat. DD and DS2 are coming to take care of me. Other than bending over, I can do things for myself but it is amazing how much bending over one does in a day.

    I did sign with an attorney today. So I’m feeling pretty accomplished with that out if the way. Since I’m penned up the last few days just watching TV I think I can make a few recs:
    Jury duty presents: company retreat (prime)
    Funny AF with Kevin Hart (netflix)
    Don’t get me wrong, I’m still watching my go to dateline and murder documentaries but I do love a laugh here and there. If you watch Company Retreat you have to watch at least the first 2 eps of the behind the scenes with reunions and never before seen footage.
