The air quality has improved here..it's not in a healthy (or even moderate) range, but it's better than yesterday.  Shout-out T***p for consistently rolling back environmental policies.  (And shout out to him and RFK for their slashing of parasite control policies while we're giving sarcastic shout outs.)

I received a notice that I have to go back for another mammo, as well as an ultrasound, for further testing.  I have dense breasts so I am hoping it's that.  Kind of stressed though, since my first two years I just got the "see you in a year!" message.
Tomorrow the twins turn 11(!), I can't believe it.  Some years they want different desserts but this year they together asked for an Oreo cake.  I found an oreo frosting online and made it a bit earlier, it's phenomenal.  Also baked a chocolate cake and will put it all together tonight or tomorrow.  I don't think exH will be seeing them tomorrow, but it should be a day of fun for them either way.  Before dawn Sunday we leave for our Jersey shore vacation - just staying for a few nights this year, sharing a big house with my parents and siblings is taking the tiniest toll (said with love) but looking forward to the time nonetheless.  See everyone mid-next week :)

I hope everyone stays safe and their air quality improves soon. I'm not sure why our air quality is so bad but the AQI last night was 165. It seems okay today. It's finally a nice cool 91 today. The past few days it was over 100 and that was a killer. It just sucks the life out of you. I didn't feel like working out or doing anything. Also felt like whiplash coming from beautiful San Diego.

Might go visit my Grandparents and a friend tomorrow. Otherwise it's SSDD. We are super busy today at work. And we are down a crucial staff person. Help me get to the weekend.

  • @ei34 are you already in the mamo/US protocol?  I think after my first two I started to be in that zone and still get call backs but I cross my fingers that it's usually calcium.  Now I get the mamo and US on the same day.  Good luck!
  • Good luck @ei34, I have a few friends with dense breasts too (me as well) who get that call back. Hopefully it’s just a precaution!
Ugh our air quality was actually worse on Friday but then cleared right up on Saturday. So weird.
