    Ladies, thank you so much for taking the time to write down your varied opinions. I appreciate your points of view and experiences! You bring up a lot of valid points.



    Right now FI and I are most likely going to do a very private, intimate ceremony before he leaves with just our immediate families (think: 10 people, wedding chapel). After he returns we will invite everyone to join in celebrating our marriage with a vow renewal or reception. I'm excited about this new and unexpected adventure and I look forward to our few months together as well as being able to plan the VR/reception while he's away as a great way to bring everyone together and have a great party.

    Again, I appreciate your help during such a crazy time in our lives. <3 I hope that even though we didn't end up going with some of your advice you know that I read and considered every single post and very much appreciate your good will.
