Good morning ladies, and how was last night! As of last night we have the Total Gym unit at home and ready to rock, has anyone used it? A friend had it and wasn't using it so we figured for free might as well give it a try!
Tonight I am going to do some ab work. I was going to do cardio as well, but my nieces are down from Ottawa and I want to spend time with them tonight and a little less time at the gym, we don't see them all that often. I figure running around chasing them in the backyard can count as my cardio for today

I did my workout this am and it rocked but now I just want put on my yoga pants and curl into a ball. My boobs hurt to the touch and I'm bloated like crazy -ugh.
And of course I want to eat non-stop... being a woman sucks sometimes.

romamor- don't stress about the scale. I can tell you I once gained 8 pound in 8 months which isn't a ton but I was not happy. I spent two months busting my butt. I would only weigh myself every 2-3 weeks (anything more than once a week is too much). Eventually I lost the 8 pounds but I kept working. I then GAINED all 8 pounds back but my body looked totally different because it was muscle. I suggest not weighing yourself and instead once a week measuring yourself wherever you want to see it come off. It is way more accurate of your body's change and not as fickle as a scale. Now that I am at a weight I am happy with I use a scale to just keep me in check if it's okay to splurge or need to be extra healthy and give myself a 3-5 pound range I'm okay with.
I didn't late night snack at all last night and I went to bed a full hour earlier than normal! I'm supposed to get dinner with a friend tonight, but I think I might just get an appitizer since she wants to eat at Olive Garden and that can be so high cal and then have dinner at home (it's been in the slow cooker since 11).
I'm crazy excited for my first slow cooker meal. My mom gave me hers she never uses and I can't wait to see how it turns out!
