Should Groom/groomsmen shirts match color of brides dress?

My dress is slightly off-white, but not quite ivory. I planned on the guys wearing white shirts, but should they wear the slightly off white color to match my dress instead? When the white is near my dress, it is quite noticeable that they are not the same color, but is it standard that the guys' shirts should be the same color as the bride?

Just get white. No one is going to hold up your train to one of the guys' cuffs and be upset that they're not the exact same shade. Or if they do, they've got way too much time on their hands.

its up to you, personally i would match your dress because i have seen pictures of other weddings where the white next to the off white makes the brides dress look really dirty, no one at the wedding is really gonna notice but you also gotta think about photographs, im struggling with this as well, good luck to ya!!!

I wore an ivory gown, the guys wore white tuxes. My dress didn't look dirty, it looked IVORY. They're too different colors. Orange isn't a dirty yellow, and ivory isn't a dirty white.
