No weekend plans here... My parents are down the shore and I'm jealous, I wish I was too. I mean, I could go, but I don't like to leave FI on the weekends and he can't go every week. We are going down next weekend though, which I'm excited for.

Hey J. Blue Man Group is awesome. Sounds like a good way to relieve an irritating Friday. My big weekend excitement will be an open house at a prospective venue on Sunday afternoon. We'll see how that goes.

It's Friday! I am so glad I am off in a half hour. Even though the person who covers the phones for the last hour of the day went home sick, I surely am getting my ass out of here at 3:30. The boss said she could leave, he could watch the phones. So there!

I don't know what the weekend plans are. One friend wants to go see Magic Mike tonight and another wants to go see Brave. I know my one friend will probably get jealous but I really want to see Brave instead.

I was supposed to have softball tonight but there are wicked thunderstorms and flooding in the area right now so I'm gonna go ahead and assume that's cancelled. I'm debating what I want to do for dinner since I didn't pull anything out.

It's pretty much the same as having it at the restaurant as long as you don't pick it up and then eat it 2 hours later or something. I usually get my sushi to go and it's the same as when I eat it there.

It started pouring a few minutes ago... I hope it stops. If the power goes out, I'm screwed since my dad isn't home to hook up the generator. We have well water, so when the power is out, so is the water. Perhaps now would be a good time to shower.

I have burnt myself out on sushi. I was really surprised how much I like it when I first tried it, and then ate it all the time. I haven't had it in a few months now.

I thought for a really long time that I just hated sushi because I lived in WI and then MN, and you know, there's no such thing as truly fresh sushi fish here (it all has to be flown in, unless you want some perch or bluegill sushi, and seriously? vom vom vom). Then I tried some salmon sushi in Seattle and still hated it, so I guess I just don't like sushi.

But I'm glad I no longer have to blame it on being a sheltered midwesterner.

We're having pizza tonight, (I hope Domino's GF crust is palatable) and I really want to order now because i'm starving, but I might have to go pick H up (fuuuck you Rochesterfest), so I don't want to order if I have to leave soon.

But if I wait until I get home, it's going to take like an hour for it to get delivered and we won't eat until 8 or so. I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO.

Hey all!

I'm taking it easy this weekend. I had a bout of food poisoning yesterday and am still feeling, erm, colicky. That and my entire body hurts. The only thing I'm putting on my stomach is mashed potatoes.

No more chicken salad sandwiches from the school deli for me...FI did call the owner and let her know that the salad may be a bit dodgy, though.
