  Find a shorter dress that you like that doesn't have sleeves, then buy a bridal jacket or have sleeves sewn in. I myself bought a knee length dress and will be wearing a jacket over it.

  OMG! I thought you meant that you lost it. I would honestly just take a step back and take a deep breath. Then in a week go back to looking and forget all expectations. Just try on dresses instead of getting what you think you want and maybe you will like something else better. You have plenty of time!!

  Dolly Couture. Seriously. The Beverlywood is absolutely perfect for what you want.  It has 3/4 sleeves built in and is tea length and they do a lot of plus size bride work. If I wasn't getting married in a church and needed a more formal dress I would have ordered from them in a heartbeat. I'm not sure how long they take, but I do think more of their dresses are in stock online, and they're pretty reputable.

  I am assuming you are in Portland Oregon and not Maine. I am not sure how far West the large Mormon population of southern Idaho and northern utah stretches but I found a store that had an excellent seamstress who is used to adding sleeves and what not to dresses to make them more modest because of the large momon population. If you can find a reputable seamstress that will extend your options to add sleeves to dresses you like. My dress has two off the shoulder straps that are being made into sleeves.

  I also wanted 3/4 sleeves and couldn't find anything suitable. Then the consultants at the salon I went to said that a lacy jacket could be added to any of their strapless gowns. Who knew?!
