Caterers: Who are you using?

We just got engaged and are planning a wedding at my grandmother's home in Barrington and are looking for caterers and are hunting for recommendations. Since my grandmother does not host weddings on a regular basis (lol) we're looking for caterers who supply their own flatware and china (possibly linens) to cut down on rentals... So who are you using?

We're using Morins. http://www.morins.com/
all linens, flatware and china are included for basics (white) and you pay extra for upgrades if you so choose.

But there are many others that will also supply linens, china and flatware included with your catering cost.

We're just beginning to scope out options, another element I forgot to mention is that since my fiance is Korean we were hoping to find a caterer who might be willing to make bulgogi which is Korean marinated beef (or pork which I prefer) I don't know if that makes a difference.

^ Buttercup112, if you are open to having a Korean food truck for your cocktail hour and American fare for dinner, you should check out Mama Kim's Korean BBQ. I am using a Asian caterer, Jacky's Galaxie for our dinner and American comfort food for our cocktail hour by B & M Clambake catering company. They are both very affordable and delicious. We bought our linens and rented the china from Quality Rentals.

I suggest contacting Tom's market in Coventry. It is a small 1 owner deli/butcher that is very similat to Whole Foods or locally owned Daves. The owner (Tom) is amazing and very talented. He catered my friends wedding that they had last summer in their beautiful back yard. And there was TONS of delicious food : )
