seriously torn between "you'll accompany me" by bob seger (love that someone has put that too!) and "queen of the slipstream" by van morrison. definitely the hardest decision about the wedding.
OK, so at 37 years old, and a first time bride, there are few things that I will do "for the first time" with my husband..if you catch my drift... But there is one thing, that I have saved for my wedding night since I was a young girl...
I loved the song "Endless Love" (Lionel & Diana) and as a young teen, going to school dances and such, plus a multitude of weddings I have attended over the years, whenever this song was played, I wouldn't dance with anyone. I have always said that I will dance for the first time to this song, with my husband, on my wedding night.,,
Now, my only decision is whether to stick with the original, or go with the more modern Mariah version....
"Everything" by Lifehouse, I love how dramatic it gets. I always pictured myself dancing a kind of minuet dance style to it but my fiance isn't for it. Plus, he wants us to dance to "Follow Through" by Gavin Degraw.
Wow! Two other Thank-You's by Zeppelin! I thought we were being kind of original with our love of classic rock! Oh well, we're actually trying to decide between Thank you by Zepp and Little Wing by Hendrix.

These might be our Wedding Slideshow songs. We are getting married on the beach and will do our first dance on the beach after the ceremony. We're thinking the ukelele version of Somwhere Over The Rainbow as our musician performs the song.

We are having a beach themed wedding and we are very relaxed and chill people. The song is perfect for us and the minute we heard it we knew that was going to be our first dance. I love it!
We are dancing to the song that my fiance wrote for me a few years ago! But, as for ideas, I also think that "The Way you Look Tonight" is a beautiful first dance song!
