Household chore that you love to do: folding, wiping down counters, and loading the dishwasher
hate to do: unloading the dishwasher, ironing, and dusting.
Compliment one knottie: Emily in Chile, you have such poise and composure one week from your wedding when your country faces a natural disaster. I am really "proud" of you and can't wait to use you as an example to other brides and tell them to suck it up.
What did you think about the closing Olympics ceremonies? I didn't watch them, but I heard that Avril Lavinge was on it....so I automatically think it sucked.

What did you think about the closing Olympics ceremonies? Didn't watch any of the olympics. I just didn't care and was bitter that they took over my shows.

mbcdefg always puts so much thought & effort into her responses to posters. I have no idea how she manages to write all that out so quickly and still have her throughts & points formed so clearly. :-) I'd be more likely to be a rambling mess.

What did you think about the closing Olympics ceremonies? I didn't get to watch -- my sister hogged the TV with "Clueless" -- enjoyable but I would have liked to watch the ceremonies.

vacuuming and dusting, they always make the house look so good even if I don't do anything else.

This is actually for most of the knotties on here. I like the way the regulars always try to give good advice even though they have just said the same thing in a post right below and don't get snarky! Sometimes I just want to virtually slap some posters because they don't even bother to look at any other posts (including the stickies at the top that they don't have to even search for!).

I fast forwarded through most of it but it was nice that they honored the Olympian that died before the Olympics even started.

Household chore that you love to do: I kind of like doing laundry

hate to do: I HATE the sorting aspect of cleaning. I never know what I should toss.

Compliment one knottie: Impossible to compliment just one! Stina, your polls are just awesome and I love how you make this part of your "daily knotting responsibilities". Emilyinchile, you are the epitome of grace under pressure. THIS is wedding-planning stress!

Household chore that you love to do: None. That's why I married a neat freak :P Although I do feel a sense of accomplishment after I've cleaned the kitchen.
hate to do: Vacuuming and folding laundry.
Compliment one knottie: Can't do just one. Emilyinchile, what a trooper! You've handled what could throw anybody into a tizzy with plenty of grace and maturity. Banana, great mod. All the regs, really thorough with advice, nice to newbies, and not cliquish.

I watched Olympics every night it was on but I've never been a fan of closing ceremonies. I get sad that the Olympics are over.

Household chore that you love to do:
Vacuum. There's nothing quite as awesome as obliterating various dirty things with an easy push of the vacuum cleaner.

hate to do:
Dishes. I always had to do them as a kid, but only after they had piled up for a week and all of my other siblings failed to do them...oh the terrible, terrible things I saw in that sink...

Compliment one knottie:
Can't compliment just one. I can only hope to one day be considered as cool as the regulars. Just know that you have my admiration.

What did you think about the closing Olympics ceremonies?
Hilariously awesome. I've been singing, "Wooaaaah...Vaaancooooouver!" all day long in my head, while imagining giant inflatable moose and beavers floating by.
