Thinking about a 6:15 workout then shower and breakfast. Im petite so just trying to tighten whats dragging. any suggestions or share your routine

I have to work out before work in the morning or it will never get done! I'm doing P90x right now...I'm going into month 2. Are you a morning person or an evening person? Do you have a lot of time or a little? I love my ab wheel - it takes me about 2 min to do 25 "sit ups" and as long as you do them correctly you feel the burn the next day. If you're short on time check them on amazon or target or something.
