Happy (rainy) Tuesday! What does everyone have on their agenda for today?
B - yogurt, berries and granola
L - shake with strawberries
S - apple
D - something easy - have a facial and pick up my dress after work, so probably won't be home until after 8 tonight.
WO - not sure if I will have time or not - if so probably just some cardio! I doubled up my workout yesterday - felt great!!!
Re: accountability
So - I tweaked something in my neck/shoulder. It got progressively worse until yesterday was so bad that FI had to come down and pick me up from work (and take me in this morning!) I could barely sit for more than 5 minutes at a time it hurt so bad. And looking to the right? forget it.
Today it is feeling better but now I feel like I'm coming down with a cold. Arg. I'm going to try and get at least an easy cardio video in tonight as long as the neck/shoulder continues to feel as good as it does right now
B- strawberry/banana fruit smoothy, coffee with skim millk and a handful of raspberries and blackberries. yum
L- half a chicken breast, salad
D - beef tacos
