Steph, no fancy date tonight for me! We are doing engagement pics on Friday, and I want to experiment with my hair.

I think I'm doing takeout for dinner. I really want Chinese, but FI wants "something healthy", which he interpets as Thai food. Silly boy.

I can see what your saying. We don't get snow too much here so it's something to be enjoyed here. I am loving this before our 100 degree + weather starts and then Monsoon season slams us with lightning storms and flash flooding. I can see how snow would become a nuisance to those who are around it practically all year around. My son's Birthday party is tomorrow so he is SO excited to get snow oddly enough the day before :)

Man, shows how much attention I've been paying! Hockey was pretty much the only sport my school was good in while I was there, so I was following it for awhile. Now I just know how they're doing based on FB.

And Sherr, that sounds amazing. We're going to Jamaica for our honeymoon, and one of the restaurants at our resort specializes in Jerk chicken, I think. I'm definitely going to try it out.

Yep, Miami! I don't think they were quite as good this year as they have been for the last few. I <em>think</em> they got to some kind of big game, like divisional or something, but it's been awhile. Seriously, I wish I were a sports girl and actually knew what I was talking about. I just like to cheer them on at games. :)

Jackie, I was just looking back through, and I seriously lol'd at the "voluminous clouds of AXE". With my jr high kids that I teach, it's either in a cloud around them, or they're at a point where I wish they'd put a cloud of it around them because they haven't quite figured out the deoderant thing. I hope he has a good time, though!

My friend's son is seriously obsessed with the chocolate one. I can usually smell it from their front door. He goes and sprays it every hour or so, because he can't smell it anymore. That may be true, but we can! He's so funny.

Well he just came out in his "outfit". And the clouds of Axe. Top to toe he's in: grunge style flannel shirt overtop of a CARPE DIEM t-shirt. MY jeans, and high tops with jeans stuffed in a la 1995.

Dance starts at 7. It's 4:47 here.

ETA: At least we have 2 hours for the AXE to wear off before the dance starts!

Thanks Steph ^. ^ I ran out of excuses too, and I hate the way I look now. So I started running a bit more, doing some strength exercises at home and I've been really watching how much I eat and have tried to cut down on processed stuff as much as I can. I also only drink water or occasionally watered down gatorade. It's easier than tracking the calories for it =P

I actually already lost these 4lbs, I was 140lbs, got down to 133, caved miserably and bounced back up to 137, so now I'm trying to get past this part that I failed at last time. But whatever, it's still progress.

Hmm I've gained 12 pounds in 25 weeks, and am averaging about a pound a week now for about 14 more weeks...so...someone else do the math lol.
