Okay, ladies, as you may have seen in my post last night, I'm making it my mission to work on my confidence level. Based on a couple of things you smart gals said, I decided to write a list of AWESOME things about myself. And it made me feel pretty great. So I figured, why not see what the rest of you have to say?

Go ahead. List reasons why you are also AWESOME. As many as you want.

Um, I'd feel a little uncomfortable making a list of why I'm awesome to post on the internet. To do on your own? Fantastic idea! Posting in a public forum? Eh...

To make this a bit more user-friendly, what if we change it to "warm fuzzies"? Say something nice you've thought about someone else?

Cate lives an amazing/thrilling life.

GPB is the bomb. If we were to ever meet IRL I know we would hit it off.

Workn cracks me up on a daily basis.

Shoes makes me snicker with her sexual innuendos. (BTW where has she been? I hope finals haven't taken her life over)

Marley - you are totally sweet and you stuck around after getting lambasted. Nice job!

Lyn - You crack me up with your absolute hatred of Justin Beiber and you have the "Heidi" story so you get a win for that.

Desert - Best advice giver ever and even though we had a rough start you and I totally see eye to eye now.

CDizzle - You're hilarious, too and totally motivating.

Paige - Pretty much just a badass chick all together - I will drive 25 hours to you.

Shoes - amazing person. She is just an awesome friend and honestly so caring about the people she loves.

AP and Ang - I know we would be super great friends IRL and when I go to Vegas it will happen.

Lauren - adore her she is so caring and sweet.

GPB - love her attitude and I would kill to be doing an internship like hers. She is so smart and I give her props for being so wise.

ETA: Oceana - totally freakin' sweet DIY skills second only to Kat and I appreciate how helpful she is.

I know I am missing a bunch but I love all the ladies listed and more. You all are some pretty terrific women and I'm lucky to know you. I just love everyone and you're ALL gorgeous women. That is all.

Gah, I know I'm going to forget someone as I'm KUI... so forgive the oversight!

Lindsey - you're such a sweet, honest person. You handle stressful situations with admirable grace. I have really enjoyed getting to know you more via email, and I honestly cannot wait to see you get married! You and your FI seem like just a very sweet, genuine couple that just enjoys each other's company immensely.

Hazel - I believe we are "kindred spirits" in that we're both adventurous souls. You like to challenge yourself and try new things and visit new places. Your baking expertise impresses me immensely! I hope to share recipes with you for a long time to come.

Emily (aka eKath) - you seem to really have your stuff together, and your adorable new puppy just completes the start of a great family.

Elle - you've always got a level-minded view on things, and I don't think I've ever seen something truly mean spirited posted by you. In these crazy waters, that's impressive.

Paige - you're a hoot, girlie. I bet you're the kind of girl that everyone wants to be friends with simply because you make people feel good just being around you. You're happy and fun, but also very smart.

CDE - you're very sweet, and you're the first one to try to make friends with new people. That friendliness indicates you're probably a very warm person in real life.

Shoes - you're never afraid to speak your mind, and you're a fierce defender of anyone who you think is being unfairly attacked. That loyalty and sense of fairness is admirable. I'm still grateful for the day you stuck up for me when it became target practice with my head.

Dreamer - you're a genuine person who wears your heart on your sleeve. Even when people ripped into you when you first started, you kept on being your nice, friendly self to those who were most cruel. It takes a strong person to stay and make themselves welcome in a place where they're not originally comfortable.

Loopy - you're a fantastic moderator, and a sweet person. You seem to be someone that I'd like to hang out with and get mani/pedis and just chat. Very level headed and friendly to all.

Lyn - you impress me with your surfing and recent adventure course. You're one tough chica, and I hope you get the wedding you're dreaming of (basically, as simple as personal as possible!)

Marley - I really relate to you on some level since I relocated to be with my boyfriend, and had a bit of a hard time getting adjusted at first (regaining my "mojo" as you mentioned). Trust me when I tell you that you'll be just fine. You seem to have the innate self confidence that this is just a bump in the road. I can tell you're a very smart, personable, friendly person who will land on her feet just fine in this new environment.

Desert - your advice is always well thought out, much more succinct than mine, and fair. While sometimes it comes off as blunt, you just call it like you see it. You're the kind of friend that people won't go to when they just want a pat on the head and told they're right when they're not - you're the kind of friend they can count on always to tell them the truth. That's ultimately much more valuable.

GPB - you're fun and spunky, and very quick witted. I think you've picked a fantastic field for your personality, and you'll do quite well after college professionally.

Beth - you're the best person to shake some sense into people who are being immature because you're basically like, "Look, they aren't making fun of you because you're 20 - I'm 20, and no one cares. They're making fun of you because you're acting like a child." You seem to be incredibly level headed and straightforward, qualities I appreciate greatly.

Angie - you're incredibly self-confident and accepting. You are very open-minded, while quite clear on your own views. I'm thinking of two examples - you don't seem to judge anyone else for the crazy stuff we talk about from our "single and wild" days, while it doesn't seem to be your style. And you're very matter-of-fact when explaining about why your FI and you are not sharing a bedroom - you don't seem to judge those of us who live with our BF's, but it's just not for you. It takes a person very comfortable with themselves to accept that others do things differently, and that both ways are okay.

Audgie - your courage is amazing. Sarah Palin can go shoot herself (literally, with those horrible hunting skills)... YOU are Momma Grizzley! Someone messed with your kid, and you did everything you could to protect her and stand up for her. I admire you for your courage and patience to see that justice is done.

Sunbird - you haven't been around much recently, but you're an incredibly artistic person with a great imagination and intelligence. Your perspective on things is always interesting because your brain works differently than mine, so often you see the situation differently which opens a new path of conversation on the topics.

I can't do everyone... and I really don't know some people that well yet. But I do enjoy the diverse group on here.

Desert definitely gives some of the best advice. And she was one of the first people on here that I remember making me feel truly welcome.

Paige can lighten just about any mood. She's like some actual ball of sunshine on this board.

Beth & GPB, I admire just how honest you both are with yourselves. You can both acknowledge that waiting is best for now, and you're just living with the opportunities you have at this age. Also, GPB I've never forgotten one time you said something to another poster and then apologized really quickly for stepping out of line for it. I've always admired you for that, it takes a truly honest person to do that.

Dreamer, I love hearing about how far you've come and how hard you work to take care of yourself. It's so important for people to do, and I think it's an inspiration to know that you're honest with your struggles but you work to overcome them too.

Angie I think you're one of the most beautiful women I have ever talked to. You are completely unique and have such a loving heart that comes across so obviously in your posts.

Elle, you are just so patient. I know it's hard for you to wait, but I think it's incredible how patient you really are. Plus you are funny and love HP!

Loopy and Cate, you are both just so fair and thoughtful and you treat everyone equally.

Lyn, I think you have some of the best stories on here! And you're constantly so upbeat.

I don't even know if these girls stay caught up on these posts... but Hetshup is completely hilarious, and I love when she comes in with a good innuendo joke. She also gives some really good advice.

I also think that Zipis and Leia are incredibly kind to everyone who posts. I don't think I've seen either of you post anything mean or catty. You both just seem so calm and mellow.

Audgie, you are a total fresh of breath air on here! You are an incredibly brave and a wonderful mother, but I appreciate your clever posts and dry humour!

Hazel, I think you're awesome since you're Canadian and it's therefore a given. But you also sound like a very intelligent and thoughtful woman as well.

When I worked as a camp counselor, we'd always do "warm fuzzies" the night before the end of the session. It was a great way of making everyone feel good. We too often focus on the negative in life, and it's really nice to let everyone know our positive thoughts.

Cate is so right. It's important to focus on the positive. I will now be more specific on some awesomeness I've noticed recently.

Bren -- got my attention b/c I found myself agreeing with her so often. I feel like we're just on the same wavelength. BTW, did you know I was a Poli Sci minor? Do you love me a little more now? I bet you do.

Schiano = adorbs

Elle cracks me up. Silliness. But also a very strong sense of self. I like that.

I think Beth and Audgie make the best cutting/sarcastic remarks.

Leia doesn't post as often as she should. I always like what she has to say.

Hazel and Zipi also have great things to say when they pipe in. I wonder if Zip is around? Haven't seen her lately.

Cate is so generous with her knowledge and experience. She's always ready with a bit of advice on just about any topic you can think of. I think she has LIVED her life, which I admire.

Shoes is always Shoes. She's very authentic, and she's also very strong.

Dreamer has dealt with more tough stuff than most, but still has a bigger heart than most. I find that incredible and inspiring.

I like when Wrkn and Hetshup come around and dirty up the board.

Lyn has such positive energy. She can be silly or serious, and I like that, as I sometimes swing wildly from one to the next. Plus, she's a Butcher fan.

Jacqui and Sunbird are like little rays of sunshine. Such sweeties! The board always needs a few.

Emily (ekat) -- I dunno what it is about her. She's smart and silly and snarky and fun. Somehow I think she's a calming influence on the board. She doesn't really get her panties in a bunch over stuff. She's just...chilllllll

And...I'm spent for the night. The board is too full of win for me to detail it all tonight. :::BIGHUGS::: all around.

All the ladies here are totally awesome and give awesome advice.

Shoes- She was the first to acknowledge my presence when I first started posting so she has a special place in my Knottie heart.

She also isn't afraid to speak her mind which is awesome, IMO.

Desert- Was the second person! She always gives kickass advice! Even when the advice isn't addressed to me, I still feel like I'm able to take things away from it.

Lyn- I will totally be your snowboarding buddy! I loved your engagement pics. They were super cute. Your siggy picture fits right in.

Multey- I've always enjoyed reading her comments and I like when she sticks her head in.

Audgie's posts are aways highly entertaining.

Dreamer- I admire her strength to get through what she has and her ability to act classy even when people have made "digs" at it.

Tafft- I admire her courage to speak up about her life.

Cate gives very detailed advice. I also admire her confidence.

Loopy is such a sweet person and she always tries to be fair to everyone.

Elle is beyond super nice. And she loves HP!

GPB--you live in NYC, where I lived recently for about 6 years. So that's pretty cool. I miss seeing the city all decked out for the holidays, hope you have been enjoying that!

eKath--you're laid-back and cool. And a fellow Michigander! Nice. (Though I still think you're going to have to point to your hand and play some Euchre soon. The fact that you haven't done these things makes me wonder about you...I kid!)

This thread is making me realize I don't know everyone as well yet as I'd like to. If I've left you out, it is only because I am looking forward to getting to know you better!

P. S. Cate, I didn't quite realize you'd moved to be with your BF. Cool. Thanks for all your great advice yesterday! Another thing we have in common is the camp counselor thing, kind of. This past summer, I worked as an RA for an Upward Bound summer program. It was pretty cool. I had a group of a dozen or so HS-aged kids for an hour every day to do whatever team-building exercises or games I chose. One day, I did the warm-fuzzies, the version where you tape a piece of paper on your back, and everyone writes something nice about you. It was fun.

P. P. S. Coastie, that's so funny about our pics! I hadn't quite realized your BF was biting your head in yours, too. Awesome.

Thank you Dburnin'. I went to add you last night - you are honestly one of the most genuine people and you always have something positive to say to people. But you can be sassy, too.

And thank you to everyone for being so upbeat and positive about one another! This is a great time for being caring and sweet people. I am shocked by the nice things you have said about me. It's really made me feel even stronger especially when I am having down days.

I thank all of you for being such wonderful people with giant hearts. I am happy that I stuck around here and made great friends!
