Interview Outfit Help (PIP)

Hi ladies!  I have a 2nd interview for a job I'm VERY excited for tomorrow.  (Squeee!)  For my 1st interview, the recruiter told me to dress VERY professionally, so I wore a black suit with a patterned blouse under the jacket and black closed toed Mary Janes.  My interviewers were wearing khaki pants and Tommy Bahama-type shirts.

For this interview, she told me again to dress professionally and that the guy I am meeting with (someone different) is "very sharp" (I took that to mean his fashion sense).  Here are a couple of outfits that I have.  What do you think?

I voted black jacket with black skirt.  It'll be a nice change from the pant suit you wore last time & I'm personally just obsessed with black.  What shoes will you wear?

Sorry - there are pictures now.  Do you like the blue sweater under the black jacket and those shoes?

Actually, now that I see the pictures I think I like the grey skirt better!  And I love the  shoes.

I think the gray skirt is nice, but I think the black jacket/black skirt combo looks more 'professional.' They both look really nice though!

I think I feel better in the gray skirt and it's more my style.  As long as no one thinks it's completely NOT professional or appropriate...

I like black and gray, it definitely says professional.  I like the black/black too but the blue is pretty and I kept thinking that's pretty lol we want them focused on what you have to say!

If the gray is more your style and you'll feel better in it then I think that is your best option...it is also what I voted for based on the pics!

    Good Luck! :)
