I just got back from Hollywood Bridal with my FMIL so she could get alterations done on her dress, and they were great! It reminded me a lot of Russell's, which I was really happy about... in fact, I would go so far as to say that the store itself was nicer than Russell's because it was more spread out. Everyone there was super friendly and we didn't feel rushed the way I remember feeling at other bridal salons when I was looking for my own dress a year ago.
