I spent the first two years I knew FI (when we were friends) trying to decide if I thought he was attractive. That's true, LC. I guess I didn't consider the fact that people change. When we got together, I was obese and DH wasn't, so that's why I definitely thought he was hotter, but since losing weight, I still feel he's hotter, even though I probably do look better than I used to without those 50 extra pounds.

This is going to sound weird, but when DH and I met (in highschool) he was more attractive than me, and was much more popular. Throughout the 10 years we have both changed appearance wise, and now people joke about how did he land such a cute wife. I don't think it bugs him because for the first few years it was the other way around and he was the prom king , and I was kinda geeky.

When I style my hair, do my make up, and maintain a tan, I may be more attractive. But considering that's all superficial plus I rarely do the above aside from special occasions, I'd say my fiance definitely is.

I think currently we're about equal.....we have days where one is hotter then the other. If he just got his hair cut he looks super good. But if I decide to actually put make-up on and have a really feel good outfit on, well then I'm hotter.

I think when we go out together we compliment each other well. Jocelyn makes us both look super hot though. LOL.

I think when we started dating--we were equal; we were both really in shape, and just overall hotties (I kid, I kid). But, being in a relationship turned us in to food loving slobs, and we both packed on the pounds. I got sick, and lost all of my weight and then some---he did not. But still, I'd venture to say we're both an equally good looking pair.

I think he's cuter, and he thinks I'm cuter, but as a couple, I'd say we're about equal to others. We always say we "match". We know some couples that don't "match", not that one is cuter, but they just don't look like they'd be together, KWIM?

I think we're pretty even facial features wise. I'm probably in slightly better shape than him just because I've been working out a lot more in preparation for the honeymoon. I'm also more put together day to day because I have to go to work and he's just doing stuff at the house so if he puts a shirt on I'm surprised

I will say, though, that when we have to be somewhere where we have to look decent (I wear makeup and good outfit and he does the Pete Campbell with his hair and wears a good outfit), we make a pretty good looking pair.

I'm scared that even though we both look alright as individuals, our genes will mix all wrong and produce Hobbitty looking kids. We're both short and hairy

I'm not sure, my DH works out every day and is quite "buff", where is I look like a frumalump. I gained a bit of weight when I quit smoking, and have been able to take about 16 pounds off. And I know he wishes I'd work out more.

But as far as facial appearance. I think he's very attractive, but I know he would disagree and say I'm better looking.

Depends on the day also. And if I met him when he was younger I dont think I would have been attracted to him.

I think we're equal. In some pictures, we almost look alike. Although if Matt continues to lose his hair, I might have the slight edge. Thank goodness he's got the height, slender body, and pretty smile. I hope our kids get that! (And maybe some strawberry blonde hair).

haha, same here. my sisters and I are all short and hairy (damn eastern European genes) with long arms. my BIL and H are also short and hairy, and BIL has long arms (no, they're not related). we're all naturally thin. my mom has said more than once that she's going to have "hairy monkey grandbabies."

I have a lot of hangups about my looks. Most people looking at us would probably think we're equal; I just can't bring myself to admit it in a poll, so I gave FI the edge.

I think we're both pretty equal. He was the one initially more attracted, I think because I knew he wasn't a total a-hole and therefore I was not interested.
We've actually weirded out strangers before when we kiss because apparently we look like brother and sister.

Everyone tells H what a cute wife he has and joke about how he landed me, but then random girls will talk to H and the nurses he sees at the hospital all flirt with him and one even asked him on a date after we were already engaged. So I guess on looks I win, but H wins on personality.

Definitely H. I don't consider myself all that much to look at, but H is gorgeous. He's really fit because of his job, has strong features, and is just overall a good-looking guy. When my mom first met him she told me all those years of her pointing out hot guys in magazines did me well because I landed myself a hot one.

That's tricky. I get told that I'm attractive fairly often, but I think it's because I'm very extroverted and have a pretty dynamic personality. I like meeting new people and I think I give off a sense of confidence, which is 90% of what attracts people.

FI is much more reserved and shy, so I don't think people comment as much on him, but I think he's so amazingly good looking. I swear his smile could stop traffic, at least in the highway of my heart (oh yes, I went there. Barf time!). I know a few ladies on here have mentioned that he looks like Ryan Gosling

I get more attention from the opposite sex than Fi does, because I have boobs, but I would say we are evenly matched. When I weighed 30lbs less and had my hair really blond, then I would say I was a liiiitle hotter. But, Fi has skin I would kill for. Its beautiful, and I hope that if our kid only gets one feautre from him its that skin.

I think we're equal (I get more attention but I think because I'm a female and men are more aggressive). Alot of people make comments that we make a cute/good couple, etc. They didn't make comments like that with my ex, assuming cause he was more attractive, lol.

I got in so much trouble on NEY once for saying that I was "the pretty one" in the relationship. I think BF is very cute, but when we met in HS no one could believe that I was dating him. Teachers were amazed. Even strangers stopped us on the street and asked him, "How did you get a girl like that?" And he would just smile and say, "Just lucky, I guess." I don't think he was offended by it - in fact, it was kind of an ego booster for him. But I think he's adorable.
