Random Ceremony Question

I'm working on my programs now, and going through the order of events in our ceremony. I.e. the greeting, readings, exchange of vows, exchange of rings, yadda yadda. The last thing that happens before we get officially pronounced husband and wife is the bit wherein our officiant asks us "do you take Pocky to be your lawfully wedded wife...etc." and we respond "I do". My question is...what do you call that part of the ceremony? Does it have its own name? How should I list it in the program?

That normally goes sometime before the vows. Its the declaration of intent. Its basically saying that you are there of free will and you're not being forced into it. HTH
