Ceremony Programs

How do you know approximately how many ceremony programs to get? I know not everyone who comes to the reception comes to the ceremony. I don't want to have too many but I also don't want to not have enough. Is there a way to estimate how many you might need?

    I've heard to do the number of invites you sent + 10%.

    That would assume each couple/household gets one, plus accounts for anyone who may want their own

    PP's advice sounds good.  We did about 60% of our final count.  Although it also depends if you have ushers handing them out or not.  If not, people might take 1 per person rather than 1 per couple, so I'd probably plan for more if people are seating themselves.
