Where to get my make up done?

So, beyond department stores...where can I get my make up done for my wedding? Suggestions?? Who has tried the airbrush make up? Thoughts??

Thanks!

I'm using Smart & Chic Bride, which is very popular with knotties and seems to always get good reviews.  They actually come to you, so the location is convenient. They have a website for rates, etc...

    Good luck!

I used Mariah's Beauty Marks and really liked her (full review in bio).  I had my foundation air brushed and LOVED it.  It stayed put all day and didn't need any touching up.

I 4th Smart and Chic!  Amber did my trial-run, including airbrush foundation and I totally recommend it! I don't have the best skin ever and it made my skin look 'almost' flawless :) It was really even and didn't look like I had any make-up on at all. Try them out!

Another vote for Smart & Chic. I've been coming to this board since 2007 and I've seen only very positive reviews for them, and TONS of Knotties have used them. Also, do try the airbrush makeup. I loved it, and as far as I know everybody else who's tried it has said the same thing.

With smart and chic- did you just get your hair and make -up done for yourself, or the entire bridal party?

I'm very excited about Smart & Chic. They are doing my hair and make-up, and then also the make-up for my mom and MOH. I am having a couple of friends who do hair come over and do hair for any of my attendants that are interested. They are chepear than Smart & Chic.
