I'm fairly new to whole "weight loss/eating heatlhy" lifestyle, so I have a quick question.
yesterday, while shopping with my mom, we ate at Subway. We split a 6" sub (meaning, we each got 3" ) that was a turkey breast on wheat, no cheese, loads of veggies and spicy mustard. We drank water and did not eat chips.
Does this sound like a meal that would be somewhat healthy? I know that it's definitely not overly healthy by any means, but does it sound like something I might could eat again or should I cut it out completely?
