Problems getting video from Jeff Harper Video?

Hi,
Has anyone else had any problem with getting their wedding video from Jeff Harper Video?  We got married back in October, but still don't have our video.  We were originally told about 3 months, but we are coming up on 10 months and still don't have it.  We keep getting told that it will be just a "little bit longer" and keep asking for concrete timelines, only to have timelines come and go with no video.  We are very worried we will never see the video.  Thanks for any response to this if you have used Jeff Harper Video.

    demand a more definite date. you signed a contract. even if it doesn't specify a time, 10 months is more than enough time, in fact it's kind of ridiculous. report it to the BBB. you can always get media involved and if worse comes to worse, consult an attorney. you have steps you can take. always try with the vendor but don't let them push you around & if you get no where, just know you have options...
