Not sure about Arkansa, but here in Ohio they sell sparklers in the grocery stores. I think you'll be fine. They dont make noise.

I had tuna melt for dinner and I'm counting down the minutes till bedtime. One more day, one more day.....

I dont think sparklers are considered fireworks? They dont explode etc.

They are more like a fancy match IMO

I was worried about shipping them because USPS forbids firewords but apparently they are classified as novelties rather than fireworks (says the sparkler wholesale website). I'm just disappointed because I thought buying them right after the 4th would save me a ton of money.

They are so stupid about fireworks here that they literally have highway stops over the NH border to see if you are trying to smuggle them over state lines.

OH MY GOD!! I just found the peanut butter solution on demand. It is in a free section I never look in. I cant believe this is on!!!

Also, they sell fireworks everywhere here. Everywhere.

It was made in 1985 and I remember watching it as a kid and being so scared! Its Canadian. I didnt even explain the whole movie, he puts the peanut butter solution on his head because he goes into a burned house and it scares him so bad that he loses all of his hair, and then ghosts of some homeless people who died give him the recipe to grow his hair back.

I hear you Les, if we lived in drought conditions, or where there was a high risk of fires I'm sure they wouldnt be sold here. Fireworks in general are illegal, but sparklers are like Blue said over sized matches.
