Went to meet with the vendor for cakes through our new venue (that's a completely different story!). She was a lovely lady and, unlike the one florist we met with, A LOT was included in the package!
I am doing the rose swirls on two layers of the 4 tier cake, ribbon and pearls on the others, and got to pick different flavors of cake and filling for the different layers. The filling and alternate cake flavor for a couple layers was extra but only $88 extra! Not bad for a cake we thought we'd be spending $450+ on!
And we got cupcakes and filling samples to take home! The red velvet was spectacular!
