  they look kind of like japanese anenomes... but, I'm not positive.
  
  you could probably get a similar look with some types of French tulips or ruffly tulips... or even with lisanthius.

  Thanks for your suggestions!  I tried one florist and they were not sure.

  They look to me like very open tulips.

  they are fully open double tulips with what looks like white sweetpeas in the center along with some white lilac.
