    Baldwin Hall
    Waverly Mansion
    PG parks and recreation
    Montgomery parks and recs
    Boswell Hall
    the Atrium at Treetops

    The Grand Atrium in Tyson's corner is really reasonable for everything that's included.

    Indigo Landing Restaurant in Alexandria, VA.  Great team, great food, wedding cake is included, gorgeous views of the Potomac and it is b/t 11-15K for your minimum food/bev limit.
