Monday Weigh-In and Accountability

I was thinking it might be easier just to combine these two.

Starting Weight (at engagement): 144 lbs.

Last Week's Weight: 137.6 lbs.

Current Weight: 137.6 lbs.

Weight Loss to Date: 6.4 lbs.

Goal Weight: 126 lbs.

Goal Weight Date: February 25th (this is with losing 1.5 lbs. per week - with a little less some weeks for 8 1/2 weeks)


B: Cliff bar and a cup of tea
L: Whole Foods Salad and vegan chocolate mousse
D: TBD 

E: None - FI and I have a board meeting for the new NC State Hunt Library tonight.

    Weight Loss to Date: 3 lbs.

    Goal Weight: 115 lbs. (mostly just want to tone up and get back in shape)

    Goal Weight Date: 06.01.12 (before b-pics)

    B: nothing
    L: tomato soup
    D: fett alfredo with chicken and broccoli

    E: ALready completed W5D1 of the push up challenge today, I did 175 push ups! Tonight I will do W2D1 of the dips challenge and W3D1 of the sit up challenge. I am LOVING the sit up challenge.... I can already see my top four ab muscles! I am REALLY hoping my 30 day shred comes today!

    L - noon workout so I have no idea, bringing an apple and some protein stuff
    D - Not sure, maybe veal

    E - Workout, not sure but probably about 6-8 miles worth.

    Starting weight (as of 1/1/12): 143.4 lbs
    Current Weight: 141.6 lbs.
    Weight Loss to Date: 1.8 lbs. 
    Goal Weight: 125 lbs.
    Goal Weight Date: I haven't set my fitting appointments yet, but I would like to lose as much of that as I can before my final fitting.

    Starting 90 day challenge tomorrow at the gym. Hoping they will have lots of good tips and advice to keep me motivated!

    D- Arroz con pollo (aka chicken and rice)

    E- W1D1 of X-Factor, its like a P90X but cheaper and you don't need extra things to do it.

    Thats awesome! Once I finish the 30 Day Shred I am going to borrow my friends P90X..... have you done that at all? I know nothing about it....

    Current Weight: 155.8 lbs (per weight watchers scale)

     Weight Loss to Date: 2.2 lbs. Goal Weight: 130 lbs. 

    Goal Weight Date: April 15th (2 months prior to my wedding)

    E - Meeting with the trainer at my gym. Depending on how much "exercise" I do, I will start the 30-day Shred tonight.

  • this is my first post since i just started my diet las Tuesday

    My starting weight: 137 Lbs

    current weight: 133 Lbs

    Weight loss to date: 4 Lbs

    Weight Goal: 110 Lbs

    If I continue to losse 4 to 5 pounds each week im going to be the happiest girl ever :)
