My RSVP date is 1 week away, so far less than half the people have responded either yes or no. I have a feeling some ppl, especially close family and friends aren't sending it in because they figure we already know that they are going. Our officiant (who is a friend of ours who just got ordained online) said he'd just give it to us in person and that we already know he's going. Well of course I already know he's going and I know some other ppl are going too who haven't sent it it, but is it really that hard to find a mailbox??? What if I forget about someone when writing escort cards or when telling my venue how many guests are coming?? The RSVP cards are already stamped and addressed, so I don't see how hard it is to say no or yes and find a mailbox. Unless they're from out of town trying to figure out travel arrangements, then they should send them if they know they're coming, even if they think I know they're coming!!!!!!
